Every year me and my two kids and wife make snacks on Christmas Eve. Hot Chocolate, rice crispy treats, cookies and more, and we all lay down on the floor with every blanket we own and watch The Polar Express. That is one of my favorite Christmas Memories, and will continue to be a memory every year until my kids are grown and gone.
Merry Christmas!

If I happen to catch a photo of the train, I'll send it your way-- The 1225, the train that the one in the movie was modeled on, was restored in my hometown of Owosso, Michigan, and they run it every weekend this time of year, all decked out as the "POLAR EXPRESS". (I've never done the ride myself-- far too expensive for a short trip through the farmland.)

Of course, every amateur photographer in the small town has a photo of the Polar Express to their name... I'd just have to find somewhere that 15 other people haven't camped out along the tracks to snap photos. :)

(What's more, I ended up moving from Owosso to Grand Rapids, where I live now.)

I love the feeling of this photo... like how secluded the area seems to be (reminds me of where I'm from) and the snow on all those logs or whatever is beautiful. Nice work here :highfive:

I've never watched the movie The Polar Express... maybe I'll give it a whirl.. I've always been a Home Alone fan or Rudolph and the Misfit Toys
