That is not critique. That is flaming. Critque could say, "I do not like this piece" or say, "You could be better as a photographer if you did a or b." Critique does not say, "This is bad" and definitely not "You are bad."
I could critique Van Gogh on a few of his pieces, because everyone can always improve. But that does not mean that I think Van Gogh is a genius who didn't really need to change anything.
